Finanzrechnerpro Analítica S.A. de C.V., with registered office at Av. Álvaro Obregón 234, floor 6, Col. Roma Norte, Cuauhtémoc, 06700, Mexico City, Mexico, is the controller of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when using the subscription form on the site (name and email) and technical data generated by your browser (anonymized IP address, cookie identifiers and pages visited).
3. Purposes of processing
We use your information to manage your early-access request, send you communications related to the platform and measure aggregate site usage for continuous improvement. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.
4. Transfers
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information with technology providers acting as processors (email, hosting and analytics services), who are contractually bound to protect your information.
5. ARCO rights
At any time you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO), and revoke your consent, by writing to privacidad@finanzrechnerpro.com. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active and for a maximum of 24 additional months for legal, accounting and statistical purposes.

We implement reasonable technical, administrative and physical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
8. Changes to the notice
We may update this notice to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
